Spring 2026 Chick Season
Visit our Farm & Pet Department to browse our available chicks and select your flock in-store.
How to Order
- Limited Availability: First come, first serve!
- Minimum Purchase: 3 chicks per order.
- Garden Rewards Account Required: You must be logged in to pre-order.
- One Week Per Order: You may place orders for as many weeks as you like. Each will be treated as a separate order and the order for each week must contain at least three chick (or two duckling in week 4) selections from the week
- Pickup Deadline: Chicks must be picked up by the Monday after they arrive in-store. You will be notified when they are ready for pickup.
- Restocking Fee: If not picked up within the timeframe, your order will be refunded with a 25% restocking fee withheld.
- Pickup Instructions: You will receive an email outlining the process for pickup.
- Pickup Location: Pre-order pickup will be at the Davidsonville, MD store.
Important Information
We strive to maintain a great selection of chicks throughout the season, but availability may be affected by hatching or shipping delays.
In the event a specific breed is unavailable, we will offer similar alternatives based on our current stock.
